Hi, I’m Kristen Domingue.
I’m a woman who loves a good fantasy — think: ivy-covered castles, sudden inheritances, knights-in-armor, wonderlands and secret love letters sealed with a kiss. But when it comes to your business (and your brand), fantasies can only take you so far.

And once your wishes and prayers have run out?

You need data. You need research. You need a process. You need a plan. You need a brand.
You need someone who can see you. All of you. And then reflect back to you:

“This is the problem you're solving. This is the solution you’re offering.
This is your sweet spot, your a-ha!, your money-zone.
Girl! This is who. you. are.”

That seer? That’s me.
The solution? That’s you.
Together what we can create is better than any fantasy. (Trust me.)

How I got here.
First, I majored in sociology at a private women’s college. That’s where I studied how human beings interact in societies — and what, deep down, we all want from each other.

Then, I worked in organizational development. That’s where I learned how to simplify and maximize ideas, analyze data and move big projects forward.

Then, I became a health coach — long before that was “the cool thing to do.” I built my first highly-successful brand and online business without any formal training. I worked with prima ballerinas on both coasts. I was kind of a hotshot. Until I got bored. And it all fell apart.

Then, I did something I’d never done before — I hired someone to coach me. With her help, I reinvented myself as a personal stylist + branding strategist. Less macronutrients, more Marc Jacobs.

And then … I took a deep breath and invested in (even more) help. Top-level, platinum help. From a mastermind group of my peers. It was there, inside a community of women entrepreneurs, that I was truly “seen” for the first time.

The group told me, in full consensus, with complete love + affection:
“Kristen, you’re not a health coach. And you’re not meant to be a stylist. You’re a freaking branding prodigy. You’ve given us priceless insights into who we are, what we’re (really) selling and how our customers think. And you weren’t even trying.”

Oh. Well, OK. Epiphany = accepted.

In time, I became Kristen Domingue: Founder of Ignite. Personal Brand Development Specialist. Creative director.

Today, I help entrepreneurs make ridiculous amounts of money, by building a killer brand that positions them as the solution their customers have been waiting for.

My primary job is to SEE you — and reflect back what I see, with crystal clarity. Just like those masterful women saw me, on that fateful day — and changed my whole game.

And whether you choose to work and get branded by me — or one of my fabulous peers — know this:
YOU are the solution to somebody’s problem.
You can’t help it. It’s your purpose. It’s who. you. are.
It’s true. And if you can’t see or explain it…
... don’t worry, I’ll show you.

xo.
