DailyWorth Celebrates Four Years Today! Comments

Amanda Steinberg It makes me laugh when I think about the ways people responded to the idea of DailyWorth, a media company that empowers women around money, back when we launched in 2009.

A former colleague on the West Coast responded: "My wife likes money. She loves to spend my money."

A businessman I talked to on a train said, "You're educating women around money? Why? On a certain level, don’t women just want to be taken care of?"

“Actually, no,” I said. “I like being in charge of my own life, thanks.” And now I know I am not the only one who thinks like this.
