Loretta Hutchinson, the Founder of Financial Divorce Plan LLC, and Principal of InSync Financial Group, is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA™) as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She has spoken before groups up and down the East coast on various topics relating to both money and life planning.

Loretta’s expertise as a Certified Financial Planner™ helps bring clarity and cohesion to the financial lives of Individuals, Families and Business Owners by strategically aligning personalized solutions with their lifestyle needs. She provides expertise and ongoing oversight to her clients so they may achieve their financial and personal goals. She strives to keep her clients informed, at ease and on track. InSync Financial Group and its affiliate Financial Divorce Plan also advises individuals and families navigating transitions such as retirement, employment changes and divorce.

After working with financial planning clients for many years, Loretta saw countless divorcing individuals who signed and agreed to marital financial settlements that they neither understood nor was in their best interests. As a response to this need, she started Financial Divorce Plan, LLC to help individuals across the United States take financial control of the divorce process and plan their divorce from a financial perspective. She is an advocate for her clients through the divorce process and beyond by helping them to transition to financially confident individuals through educating them to make informed financial decisions regarding investing, retirement planning and business planning. As a former tax accountant, she always has an eye towards tax efficiency as well.

In addition to conducting her niche business of financial divorce planning, Loretta has been named Philadelphia Magazine’s 5 Star Wealth Manager for the past three years and was also recently awarded the Women's Choice Award for 2013 and 2014 for Financial Advisors. Loretta is a monthly columnist and writes financial articles for the Advance of Bucks County, Local Living magazines, Divorce Magazine, Family Lawyer Magazine and the previous Bucks County Women’s magazine. She was also a monthly guest host of a the local radio show Financial Issues and Answers educating listeners about investing, retirement and divorce planning.

Loretta is currently putting the finishing touches on her book titled "7 Steps to an Intelligent Divorce."  When she’s not working, Loretta spends time with her husband, family and Lab Libby just being a wife and mom. You can visit her websites at www.financialdivorceplan.com or www.InsyncFG.com
