We all know the usual financial advice: pack lunch, skip the latte, grow your retirement stash. But how often do these suggestions translate into dramatically changing your financial future?
You may not act on financial advice if you’re confused by your big picture financial story.
For example, we recommend you stash away an emergency fund that’s equal to six months of your net income. If you’re concerned about your ability to save a full six months, do you feel motivated to save anything? Questions like this can cause so much internal drama you might avoid saving all together.
Same goes for retirement. Does confusion around the “best investment” keep you from opening or regularly funding your retirement account?
Many of us are fuzzy about the state of our finances at any given time. To begin taking control of your money, you need clarity around your big picture so that you’re operating with awareness.
On February 4th, we begin our first eLearning program, Money Clarity.
To sample Money Clarity, join DailyWorth founder Amanda Steinberg for a FREE financial training teleconference next Monday night on exploring your money story. Explore false beliefs, create a positive mindset, and add a dash of dreaming.
