Money worries revolve around numbers, but don't get stuck in your head. You can improve your financial outlook by easing the physical side of fiscal stress.

Just place your palm on the Sea of Tranquility, an acupressure point in the center of your breastbone, which possesses the uncanny ability to quiet agitation.

Located in a small divot in your breastbone that's often tender to the touch—it's pretty much directly in between your nipples-- this magical point quiets emotional upset and deepens breathing, which alleviates angst. And because it lies on a primary meridian, this point also balances the yin (quiet, reflective) and yang (action-oriented) energies, and brings your emotional and physical selves back into balance.

To summon its powers, you only have to rest one palm lightly on top of it. I often place the other palm on my solar plexus, if I wake up in the middle of the night (when money worries often surface!). But you can access the Sea of Tranquility any time.

Rest your palm there, and spend a few moments focused on your breathing and the sensation of your hand resting on your chest. It's pretty discreet—you can do it at your desk, while sitting on the bus, or even standing in line at the grocery store. If anyone looks at you funny, just say you've got heartburn.
