Kimberly practices family law in New York.  Her practice is dedicated to resolving family and matrimonial disputes through non-adverserial dispute resolution including, negotiation, mediation and collaborative law. Unique to family law, Kimberly has a background in corporate law and a certificate in tax law as it applies to trusts and estates, giving her a keen understanding of the financial matters involved in contemplating pre- and post-nuptial agreements, as well as negotiating the intricacies and complexities involved in equitable distribution and support.

Kimberly is a member of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals and is a certified mediator under the New York State Unified Court System in both civil and family disputes. She has had extensive training in mediation, including intensive training with the renowned Center for Understanding in Conflict. She serves on the mediation rosters for the New York Family Court, CLUSTER Westchester and Rockland Mediation Centers and the New York Peace Institute. She graduated from Dartmouth College, Magna Cum Laude, and New York University School of Law, Cum Laude and serves on the Matrimonial Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
